I wanted to be the first to congratulate Fearless Leader on shouldering the mantle for yet another MoT Extravaganza. I also want to be the first to post a more or less irrelevant message on the official thread. Post Script: This may be the first recorded instance of a post scripted cross-thread irrelevancy! Woo Hoo! ![]() Last edited by rfinprc; Jan 1st, 2005 at 04:38 PM.

In reality, this post is just to congratulate and thank Steve again for the MOT stuff. (I would have been post #3, but got sidetracked getting a cup of coffee and Richard beat me to it by a few minutes.) However, I will respect the NO BANTER part of this thread and discuss business: It is the official consensus of all attenting the HUDSON BAY or BUST Run that our trip would be the perfect warm-up (bad choice of words?) for MOT Applications gladly being accepted. We have, unfortunately, now instituted a fee system. New members, after this point, will have to by the group a cup of coffee in Val d' Or. Still, a small price to pay for such a worthwhile cause (and certainly cheaper than the you-know-what event since there is no $5 mailing fee. We will put your money to good work and just buy coffee with it.)

The basic facts are in post 1 They will be expanded with specifics by those of us responsible as those specifics become available. Those expansions should answer most questions, PMs will handle the very specific. Moderators, as I understand it, cannot lock out posts but can move them to more appropriate threads; if we do not keep this one very business like, that will probably have to happen. Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear.
