Are they doing it this year at all? I can't find any 2005 info on the Boston BMWCCA website.

Yeah I had been planning on it as well. But if these occasional near-60 days keep up I wouldn't dare go out on ice.

Waiting for solid Ice. Looks like end January ‘05 at the earliest.

That's way up by me... But, on the big lake which takes longer to freeze.

A missing Coke can from Mini Mot made itself known this AM in the garage... Rolled under the ramp. Gonna be fun to clean up

Thought I'd go to the car wash today...................nah.

Went by, thought about it, dropped the quarters to wash the salt, etc. off the back, clean up my new ultra-cheesy lite-up wheel covers, drove about my business.

Took me 2 hours and a 25 minute sit in my mechanics heated bay to get the driver door open. Picture me (with my back) climbing over the hump x 4.

See, kids, so soon you get old, so late you get smart.

My MINI has been a bit hard to shift lately. Guess she doesn't like this weather.

That's a fun drive from MA. Haven't gone up that way in a while though (2002).

I'll have to agree with snid, when I was going to St Michael's (Colchester VT) it was bitter cold in the winter, subzero temps. That RT 89 though, it's a blast, I made it from Colchester to Newport RI in 4 hours with some regularity back then...

Those were the days!

I couldn't find any info on this seasons BMW CCA ice racing either. Let's see if I can dig up Stan Jacksons email address. He's the original "Iceman". If anyone knows about it, it'll be him. Also, I found the perfect cure for Mini Winter woes. My Mini has been parked and covered in the garage since mid December and probably won't come out until Spring. F-150 season has begun...........
