Fuddruckers! -Saugus, MA- 03/12/05 - 12:30PM

Do you like burgers? Come to Fuddruckers on Rt. 1 Saugus for some food and laughs.

Susan's(Travel Diva's) flight has been booked and she will arrive that Saturday at 11am. Again, we will be there so whoever wants to show up can show up. It is a pretty good burger joint...order at the front of the place then sit wherever you want and chow down. There is ample parking and it is right on Rt. 1 N. I will update again after I take a drive and have more accurate directions for those who have not been before.

900 Broadway, Saugus, MA
Phone: 781-233-6399

03/12/05 We will meet at ~12:30pm, and aim to go in to eat around 1pm.

Here is the menu: http://www.fuddruckers.com/menu.html

Susan says you all should be there....or else!!

This is a fun place, I used to work in Lynnfield and would head down there for lunch once in awhile....for those that have never been to a Fuddruckers, they have an enormous "toppings" bar where you can double, no triple the calorie count of your burger -- all sorts of toppings. And the onion rings are pretty good too.

Right near a Barnes & Noble & Home Depot so you can get your shopping done too...

No plans yet for that weekend so I am currently in. Will they have problems with me bringing in a roast beef from Kellys? We'll be way too close to MOP not to swarm in afterwards, perhaps to use Ian's office facilities.

I'm sure gonna try, gotta meet y'all one of these days! Will check w/ the boss @ home and see what the kid's sports schedules are. It may be a good transition time, e.g. basketball's over and too early for soccer!

Need a better way to spot new posts
Nice suggestion - count me in unless anything changes.
You can head down from MOP, off Rt 1S at Krispy Kreme then a nice big loop around to Rt 1N then up to Fudruckers - fun to do in convoy

Ian, I may post in OT in case some of the other regulars don't spot it...it got a lot of views (60+) but a lot of that could be just random people.

Glad you are in...organize a convoy if you'd like...when/if more people sign on. We will be shooting up straight from the airport so we'll just go straight to Fuddruckers.

Also, there is a Revere car group that holds a show/meeting/hang out every Thursday night (probably just in the summer). Lots of american classics and Vette's and stuff, but when I drove in the lot with the MINI I was directed to park where the show cars were. There were a few old VWs and lots of custom Mustangs. Pretty cool to check out in the summer.

Put me down as a possible... we'll have just packed our house into sotrage and be living in a hotel, so we'll either be cleaning up the old house or looking for something to do..!

That photo could be Susan and Ian saying be there or else...

Anyway, aren't you supposed to be in the frozen North, or did you stay home to protect M from the advances of the Codman & Mr MAMA..??

Not on a regular basis, no. We had an event today down in the Plymouth area actually.

Just check the stickies (posts at the top of the listing) and see if anything is coming up that you want to join in on.

This Fuddruckers thing has no driving involved (other than you driving there, and back) so it is just a social thing to hang out and relax.
