WMUR just reported that Route 101 in Dublin is closed (I'm assuming where Dublin Lake meets the road). Folks leaving from Milford may need an alternate route to Keene. Route 202 through Jaffrey to 124 should work.

You beat me to it. Another alternative is Dublin Rd. in the middle of town up to Harrisville and over to Keene from there.

The route DOES NOT go around Dublin Lake. You just might hafta to get to the Rynborn. Of course, FedEx goes everywhere. Sadly, the other day, we had a delivery for the lost man who tried kayaking in Antrim on Sunday last. Hate to demean the deceased but, cripes, what a foolish thing to do.

8am caravan from MA on it's way. I met them to pass on the declaration, but I'm bakering the event. Have to spend an exciting morning going to the hamat collection with all the old paints & chemicals that the previous owner left behind..! Stay dry everyone - there was some fairly deep flooding across Rt 62 between Bedford and Concord... I dread to think what it's like where there's been really flooding.

Well.. we're really glad you guys decided not to call off the run today.

Linda, DJ and I had a great time and I also got to learn how to drive my car! Big thanks to Rick and Laurie, etc. of MAMA for putting it all together, to Beth and Louis for our new duck, to Harvey for the googly eyes.. to Jared for waiting up for me, to Pat and Angela for covering my behind, and lastly to Ian for reminding me to turn on my headlights umpteen times!

You're a great gang and we're glad to have met. See you next time!

A big MAMA thank you to each and every one for making today such a great event. We hope everbody dries out sometime soon. Anytime you want to practice U-Turns, feel free to come up and visit again!

Many thanks to Rick and Laurie for their hard work putting this fabulous run together. It was worth every second of that two hour detour to get there. From what I hear, 91 is washed out in Enfield, CT, but luckilly I won't have to deal with it anymore. Great to see the familiar faces, meet the new people, and put faces to the names of people I've spoken to for so long. And remember, Ricardo: if you hear me sneeze, it's too late!

PS, no Oktoberfest. Rained out, and replaced by a huge fight. I pulled in and the kids came running up to my car and said "You're babysitting tonight." Who knows how long they were out there. Fortunately, their parents returned not too long after, gathered up the kids, and took off again. So not only did I not miss Oktoberfest, but I also get to sleep tonight without an apartment full of kids. Fantastic.

Just want to echo the sentiments already expressed...what a great time!

It ain't about the weather, it's about the people, and the more events I attend the more pleased I am to be part of such a great community.

Hats off to Laurie, Rick, et al for pulling it all together and giving us the opportunity to gather, joke and have an absolutely wonderful day.

I'm back safe and sound, thanks to NoDoz.

Rick and Laurie THANK YOU for a surprisingly successful MAMA. I had so much fun, and it was thanks to the rain that I previously thought would spoil it. The sites were extra-amazing with all the raging waters running with us.

Thank you ALL for ignoring the weather and flood warnings and so many coming out. It just shows you are all true New Englanders! Other regions would have stayed in bed.

I will edit a few choice photos tonight (you know all of them take me months..I still haven't finished with MOT and should have a post on my site soon.

And most importantly THANK YOU FOR THE BROWNIES NONO!
