I read about this last week in the paper! I was wondering why it was not posted here, but figured that these web sites were unknown to the organizer , ... you?
I wanted to get down there very badly this last Sunday but I had a graduation to go to. Anyone turn up?
I'll try and make it this time now that I know about it.

I actually don't get that paper that the ad was in, but was given two copies by two people who know I have a Mini.

I think the kids would like to attend this one. Ice cream and all. Just a hop skip and a jump down 395 from Oxford I think.

Maybe see you there after a great weekend at MOT.

I'm not the organizer, i'm just helping him out with spreading the word.There were 14 cars there on Sunday.This next one coming up on June 26 is the 48th anniversary of the Dairy Bar as well as the organizer's birthday.That's why he wants everyone who is coming to bring another MINI so he can lead as many MINIs as he can on a nice Sunday afternoon ride.Hope to see you there!

I'm trying to go...wife had put off major surgery until Mon the 20th so I could attend MoT, but she ended up staying in hospital 2 days longer than planned...so I may not be able to get away on Sun...shame as our in-laws are nearby in N. Woodstock and we could visit on the return.

For future planning/thoughts, another great burger/ice cream joint down that way is Harry's down in Colchester....there's a short stretch of Rte. 11 nearby that is a straight, wide open run (I've "heard" of people getting their cars to go fast, pure hearsay

) for several miles. And, it's fairly deserted where I've never seen a mountie.

Onasled, loved it when you blew by the Porsches....pity about the pulley tho'.

Anybody have a rough time table for the Hank's Day after the 1:00 meetup ?
We may not be able to make the meetup... if we knew approx what time everybody would be arriving back at Hank's , we might be able to hookup then.
