From 295 North or South
Merge onto US-44 W / PUTNAM PIKE via EXIT 7B toward GREENVILLE
Dunkin Donuts will be on your LEFT.

From 146 North
Take the RT-146A ramp toward N. SMITHFIELD R.I.
Take the RT-146A S ramp toward N. SMITHFIELD R. I
Turn LEFT onto QUAKER HWY / MA-146A. Continue to follow MA-146A.
Turn RIGHT onto RI-102 / VICTORY HWY. Continue to follow RI-102.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto US-44 / PUTNAM PIKE.
Dunkin Donuts will be on your RIGHT.


What is it?
Again we are staying tight lipped about many of the details. What I can tell you is that you and your MINI will follow us into the lesser driven areas of RI where many things go bump in the night. We will travel dark, desolate, dirt roads in search of legendary ghosts. This year we will be guided by an expert who knows these spots very well. Although I can't tell you where we are going, I promise you a great time. And for all of you from last year, You will enjoy some of the changes we have made.

Some things to NOTE:
We will be leaving the stagecoach at 6:30. So please be on time for registration.
We will be starting the event at Dunkin Donuts. The ending location is Chester's Restaurant. When we get back they are going to put a spread out for us of good night time eats.

A lot of the roads are narrow so please be aware of oncoming traffic, not that we expect much. Parking is tight so we ask that multi MINI families please come in one car. As of right now there are no bathroom breaks, except for nature. I apologize and no one is more concerned about this than me. We are not providing flashlights so please bring your own. Also Tom (our guide)suggests we bring along some thermal imagers and electro magnetic readers. They are available at Radio Shack. All of these stops have been documented by professionals as being haunted so we should get something this year.

Other things to note:
-We will be walking through the woods at one stop so please wear long pants, long socks, and sneakers or boots.
-It will be cool at night please dress appropriately.
-Be prepared for all weather conditions even rain… this event is rain or shine (even though it’s at night).
-Costumes are always welcome for you and you’re MINI. If your costume is uncomfortable be sure to bring a change of clothes.
-There are NO bathroom stops during this event… sorry. Please empty your bladders before leaving Dunkin Donuts.

What to expect when arriving:
When you arrive at Dunkin Donuts you will be directed where to park. Once parked make your way over to the Dunkin Donuts to be signed in. Please sign-in as quickly as possible so the driving can start on time. When you sign-in you will receive your goodie bag, shirt(s), and a candy bag.

Trick or Treating:
When you sign-in you will get a candy bag filled with one type of candy that you can use to trick or treat with. Every MINI owner will receive a different candy. The idea is to get different candy by meeting as many people as you can. When trick or treating give from the candy bag and receive with your goodie bag. Make sure you say “Trick or Treat”!

Last year was one of the most fun things I ever did with and without my MINI. Walking through a dark field with flashlights giggling with a crowd of fellow MINI motorers was worth the long drive to RI. Count me in!

Recent reports of legal prostitution in RI should make any MINI activities in the Ocean state far more popular than ever. If you can get the massage joints near the State House to decorate like a haunted house, then make them a stop on the run, why even the Cod might re-appear.

After talk of plans for this run duing yesterday's purg chasm run, this is sounding better than ever. Hopefully I'll be able to make it this year.
I have an autocross that day so it will tough for me to make it in time for departure, although judging by how puctual you RI guys are I might have a chance.
