On my set I twisted the 5mm golden nut anti-clockwise to aim down and clockwise to aim up. This was after running the lights aimed really high for like 3 months cos I couldn't seem to adjust it and kinda gave up. Those three other silver nuts do nothing!

Mine have a single grey nut for the dipped beam.
I turn the grey nut so it is freed from the body, then turn it whilst holding the threaded rod which passes through it.
Then the nut can be re-inserted into the body.

This causes the light unit to point upwards or downwards depending on the direction you turned it.
This is the only adjustment for the dipped beam.

There are a further 2 or 3 screws for the main beam.
