| You'll have to run new speaker cables to each speaker, a remote cable from the amp to the headunit and a power cable to battery with a fuse (fuse goes in last). Negaitive (earth) will need to be screwed or bolted to the bodywork (in the boot). What model of mini is it? R53 Cooper S battery is in the boot R53 Cooper, One (D) is in the engine bay. I would get someone to do it with you or pay someone to do it! Last edited by Hugo; Mar 15th, 2008 at 03:47 PM. Reason: Spelling |

| If your fitting new rear speakers & an amp, disconnect the fcatory speakers & use new wire from your amp to the rear speakers You will need to remove the pillar trims as behind these are screws for the rear panels You will need to remove the rear seats DONT switch the car on if you have the front seats out Earth the amp to the body |
