| MINI2 Regular | April 27th Pacific Coast Dream Machines Is anyone intrested in going to the Pacific Coast Dream Machines show at the Half Moon Bay airport? The cost is $15 per person, OR you can enter your car in the show for $20 and that includes entrance for two people. The show has a large range of stuff to look at like, cars, trucks, planes, military vehicles, steam engine stuff, tractor pulls, live music, and much more. I am going for sure, so if anyone wants to meet there or caravan let me know. It's a good size show, very family friendly though. You have to go pretty early or you will get stuck in a very long stream of traffic, I am planning to go at around 8am. Here is the site, let me know if anyone is interested. http://www.miramarevents.com/dreammachines/index.html I also seem to remember someone saying that they were thinking of flying into the show? Can't remember who or where I saw it. Who ever that was are you still going? What kind of plane do you have? |

Offline | Half moon bay Schlick, Are you still interested in going to the show. If the rain stays away it would be a great time for the next get together? Or are you going to register the car? Keith |

| MINI2 Regular | This show was awesome, I'll post some pics in a couple of days. There was so much to see, the organizer told us that there were over 1800 cars there, not to mention motorcycles, planes, and all the other different things there were to look at. Sad part was that there were only 2 MINIs, we were easily the most popular new car, and up there with the classics and exotics that showed up. We had a crowd around us the entire day, with tons of people wanting to know anything and everything about the cars. Next year we need to have at least a few more cars show up, we can reserve club space so we can all park together. Hope to see you all at the Napa meet. |
