Dear all,
I signed up today on their website sfminirally@bmwsf.com In fact I couldn't get it to work so I telephoned them at San Fran BMW and asked to be added to the list - which I was! Got to sign up by July 24th. (Space is limited)
Run is Aug 3rd for 250 miles, unknown destination.
please all come!!!!!!

Sunday, August 3rd. Sponsored by SF Mini. You must sign up by July 24Th either on the web or by calling. Address is 1675 Howard St., SF. 9:00 AM is the route briefing so I'd get there about 8:30

LET'S RALLY. Let's go and make our own history. Let's get in 250 miles of cardio. Let's improve on the scenery. Let's recall why you drive a MINI. LET'S MOTOR.

MINI of San Francisco invites you to the 1st Annual MINI RALLY event. Join dozens of other MINIs on a one day 250-mile thrill ride on the most challenging, scenic, fin backroads of Northern California. THis is not a race. The only competition will be to see who had the most fun. LET'S MOTOR.

SUN 8/3 Be at MINI of San Francisco w/ a full tank.
9:00 am - Route BRIEFING and REFRESHMENTS.
10:00 am - LET'S RALLY!

Open to all MINIs classic and new. No entry fee required. RSVP at sfminirally@bmwsf.com by July 24. Space is Limited.

Ok, e-mailed my interest in joining the Rally but haven't got a response back yet. However, I tried calling the sales people at SFMINI to sign up, but was told that it was by invitation only (a post card)! Is that true? Today's the 24th and I thought I could get in but it seems like they're not interested in signing up anyone any more. Sort of disappointed... Oh well.. :P

If you get the NorCal T-shirt. May I ask you to wear it to the run? If you don't have it yet, I still have some large and medium left. I will bring it to the run, so we can drive it as a club, and I think it will attract more MINI lovers to join us

I E mailed my entry on the 22nd but haven't gotten a confirmation back as yet.

I plan on being there anyway, wearing my club colors. Wonder if I'll be allowed tp participate/

Hey William, I e-mailed mine on the night of the 23rd and received the confirmation on the 25th, so I would think you should have received your confirmation also. I don't think you'll get turned away though. Just tell them you e-mailed them on the 22nd and never got a response if they ask.

I'll meet you guys at East Bay! When do y'all think would be a good time? Around 8:00? I think someone said we should be at SF MINI around 8:30. If we meet at East Bay by 8am, would that give us enough time to get into SF on time? Please post. I don't mind meeting earlier than that.

On their card (SF MINI)they indicate 9:00am route briefing and drinks, 10:00am start.
If we all meet at East Bay @ 8:00am - leave by 8:15am this would be good.........
