pulley in the NW

While I would consider myself fairly mechanically inclined, and I do like to wrench on my bikes and my old car, the pulley install just seems like a real bear. Can someone suggest a good place in between Seattle and Bellingham that can install a pulley?

Also, what has the dealer reaction been to the mini modding frenzy? In good time I will probably do pulley, ecu, springs and sway, but am I going to catch serious **** from my only local dealer (northwest mini) for doing so?

Thx
Chad
