Hi! Please allow approx 4 hours for the tuning to be carried out. We can arrange a courtesy car whilst the work is being done

I have a question for you guys at Performance Torque.. ![]() Why is it so that people can change pulleys and not do anything with the ecu but some remaps are not suitable for pulleychange? I have a remap from Wimmer which the previous owner put in.. I know he paid a lot of money for this.. But how do I know whether its safe to install a pulley in my car or not?

Hello! This is because some companies flash a generic file on the car, which does not accurately adjust fuelling for the pulley, which can result in either lean or rich running. We dyno tune every pulley conversion we carry out. You can put a 15% pulley on a standard ECU set up, although we offer a remap as part of a package pretty much free, as it optmises power delivery and torque for the new pulley upgrade.
