Sorry Dawn but it is AMAZING! I am a complete fan of the Anthracite R90s though so I am won over! I suppose my old MINI was trying to look that good!

Thought I would give the Mini some protection for the winter months ahead. Also gave me a chance to try out some new purchases.

Outside
  • Foamed with Megs APC
  • Rinsed off
  • Wheels cleaned with EZ brush and Megs Hot Rims (all gone now and need to find replacement)
  • Washed with a Schmitt and Gold Class (running low on this so need to find something else to try)
  • Dried with a Miracle drying towel and last touch
  • Glass cleaned with AG glass cleaner
  • Had been recently polished and clay barred so went straight to EZ Creme Glaze
  • 2 coats of Jetseal
  • All chrome polished with Belgom Chromes
  • Windscreen treated with Rain X
  • Other glass and sunroof polished with AG Glass Polish
  • Tyres dresses with CG Natural Look Dressing
  • Plastics dressed with Poorboys Natural Look. (Got some Black Wow on the way for the outside)
  • Coat of Collonite #915
Inside
  • Leather cleaned and conditioned with Gliptone
  • Plastics dressed with Poorboys Natural Look

It was then rewashed, dried and given a second coat of #915 the next day.

Sorry no pics before as camera was dead. These were taken before the second coat of colly.

All coments and feedback greatfully recieved

Thanks to Elite CC, Motorgeek and Clean Your Car for the fast shipping and excellent service in getting the products to me in time for the weekend.

Went to another location but had a bit of a run in with a swan! Think he liked the MINI! I couldn't get back in the car for a little bit!

No correction this time. I only had 4 hours to do it before playing football! The RMG has filled some of the swirls nicely and TBH it wasn't that bad in the first place!

Colly is amazing! 4 months on and my brother astra is beading like day 1!!!

Some outstanding cars guy's & girls, keep up the great work

I had a day off work today so I thought I'd give the jam jar a good going over before the winter weather really sets in.

Washed & dried the car ready to apply some Chemical Guy's Pro Polish, topped off with two coats of CG Blitz Sealant. Used the Pro Polish/Blitz combo on the wheels as well. Exterior trim & tyres was taken care of by CG Trim Gel. Quick hoover of the interior, seats & interior trim done, again with CG products. A couple of the neighbours thought I'd gone mad when I started to clean under the bonnet.

Nasty overcast day here so the reflection shots aren't the best but I'm quite pleased with the job
