Took these pics at my parents' last weekend after just washing the car:

Hi
finally got some time to care for my beloved mini as its been quite neglected for me recently but it wont last for long!!!

Spent four hours to get back to my clean standards

Mostly autoglym but some supagard & meguiars

1 hour to wash & rinse & shammey
1 hour to polish as not been hand washed for a month ;-(
1 hour to do exterior extras i.e black, chrome etc
just under 1 hour to do interior, hoover etc

Its know a shinny chilli red rather than a black/red mini

But wont last but at least i can sleep easy know & know that i am not neglecting my pride & joy

Yes yours is nice to, i wanted that blue but decided on red, blue next on my list

All you need know is the aero kit to finish off like me

Thanks for the compliment scottp7 i glad i have been of assitance in helping decide on the Chilli Red colour debate. When i was looking for my beloved mini i was not looking for a red mini but a blue or black but i suprised myself as i not a big lover of red but i think its stands out the most of some of the many colours avaliable & i a very happy mini owner like us all & its my pride & joy. I wouldn't be without it :-) :-) :-)

I wasn't so sure about the upper bonnet grill staying in red but i am not a great fan of the black aero grill though so carn't make my mind up to leave like that & be differnt or join everyone else & put the aero grill on

Thought I'd post the photos of my John Cooper Works mini.

Decided to make a few changes to her, the interior seats are the Cooper S ones and are half leather and half cloth in full black. I am having the black cloth removed and re-trimmed with red leather. I have also got from ebay, an official John Cooper Works Tax Disk on its way, and from Lohen a 4" Alta Short Antenna.

I bought the Mini JCW from David Holmes in Stockport in September last year and have been bitten by the Mini bug. I knew as soon as I saw it I wanted it..... This was also helped by the fact that my Son who is 12 wouldn't leave without me putting pen to paper....!!
