Offline | Thanks alot for that, really do appreciate the help. I'm gonna give it a go in a couple of weeks or so when I'm back from uni for the weekend. Will try and post some pics once I've done the job. |

![]() The Muffin Man | No problem R99! One product I would add to the ones i have mentioned is a trim dress for all the black arches etc. I use Poorboys trim restorer on mine, keeps them looking like new Oh... and one more thing (lol sorry).... i would invest in a Quick Detailing Spray (QD) if I was you. They are useful for anything. Like helping to buff off wax, helping to apply wax, helping to remove random marks without having to do a full clean, lubricant when claying, drying aid...... the list goes on! Very useful stuff |

Offline | burns863, Once again many thanks for your help, I will definatley treat the MINI to a proper clean once the weather pics up, it would just be demorilising spending 5 hours or so cleaning it at the mo with all the salt on the roads, because as we all know the MINI kicks up dirt all over itself so easily! |

![]() The Muffin Man | We certainyl do... no sooner have I drove my car round the corner after a good clean and the back of my MINI is covered in light dirt. Then it just builds up. I get an awful amount of salt on my MINI too, with doing 600 motorway miles each week. The Collonite 476S is doing a good job at protecting the paint work though, it can stand the salt. I just give it a rinse off when I can untill it gets to weekend when I can give her a proper wash ![]() |
