thats amazing - but how does it work?

Like many visual effects it relies on our dependency on our eyes to tell the truth and our inability to figure out when things are not real.

I've said it before elsewhere, but I really wonder what they'd look like to someone who's never seen a scale model before?!

Still a good effort. The original photo is probably just as important as the effect you apply.

The best success seems to come from shots overhead of a wide scene, i.e. the types of view angles you might get when looking at real toy models.

I think it helps that the MINI looks a bit like a Trumton car to start with.Translates better than most. Excellent effort!
