Posted a couple of these before in the off-topic section.

These are all genuine photos (one is a BMW press image, the rest my own), edited with Photoshop for a "tilt shift" effect, making them look a little like toy cars/landscapes.

It's a fun effect to play with (well, I think so anyway).

I like the first one as it looks to me like a scene from Thunderbirds.

Had seen the effect done in a photo mag, but your pics are way better than the ones they had there.

Your third pic has loads of Mini Pirate graphics on some of those minis at MUTD

That's an official BMW pic. Have you not seen the original before?

Might download the CS3 trial, but I'm happy with what I've got really.

Abi might be getting it soon for her work Mac, so I can check it out then actually.

Paul - great if its an official BMW image as there are 2 or 3 Mini's with our graphics on.

I gonna have a play with the Lens blur and see what happens.......

Got a new laptop and now only have Fireworks MX

I had CS2, and it was excellent. EDIT - Found a Download for CS2 and have got a serial number. Will Defo have a go when up and running

Like many visual effects it relies on our dependency on our eyes to tell the truth and our inability to figure out when things are not real.

I've said it before elsewhere, but I really wonder what they'd look like to someone who's never seen a scale model before?!
