So guys, had the dooper for a month now, done 2100 odd miles and he is a dream!
Had a warranty issue (as we all do...

) with the dash rattling at low revs but that was sorted with one visit to the workshop.
Some chavvy kids nicked the dust valves off the car on his first day...bought some anti theft ones from Halfrauds for 12 quid

Bought some new 'white light' sidelights cause the standard ones didn't match the xenons, they still don't but bright blue is better than dull yellow!

Fitted the chrome mirror caps and the cooper s fuel cap when it was at Sytners in Notts for the dash. Bought from Chris at Woodmans for a quality price, pity Sytners bankrupted me for 'labour and fitting' (original quote, 20 pounds...telephone call at lunchtime, "er..sorry sir, it's actually gonna cost 115 squids")

Viper stripes and side stripes done by the king, Phil at MiniPirate

for an awesome price considering it was an all day job and he had fireworks to set up for the evening

What's going on with the roof in the second picture? Have you got stripes on the sunroof or something?

it's a road chevron sign thingy as I think the car is parked on a corner.

The car doesn't have a sunroof though

Hey man, actually I'm on the otherside of Grantham, about 45 mins away. Lincoln's actually closer, but Sytner's got me a good price and so I got it from there. Don't wanna take it back to Lincoln or Boston just in case they hate me...

Cost about 80 quid mate for primed parts and painting.
