Scotland The Black Beastie

Here is a pic of my 2005 MINI Cooper

Spec Includes - Chili Pack, JCW Sound Kit, JCW R105 Burnished Finish Alloys, KW Variant 1 Coilovers (Lowered approx 40/50mm), 5mm Eibach Pro Spacers, Alta Short Antenna, Clear Side Repeaters, Silvatec Ultra Clear Indicator Lenses.

I am considering going back to a more standard set up with possible addition of JCW Sports Suspension and JCW Brake Kit in the near future. Depends on Installation costs.

Fantastic looking car.

One question though - doesn't it catch on kerbs/speed bumps with it being so low?

Yes it does.... It scrapes the sill underneath the front bumper but just scuffs the plastic a bit as it it is flexible but does no serious damage...

I once posted on NAM about about much it scrapes and i was told... Quote " If it doesnt Scrape It Aint Low Enough" which i thought was quite funny. These guys love lowered MINIS.

I have raised it back up for the winter and fitted OEM 15" Peeperpots so it doesnt look quite so good. (See Attached Pic)
