You can easily resize a image using 'Paint' which comes as standard in Windows.

1. Open the image you wish to resize in 'Paint'.

2. Click on 'Image' then 'Stretch/Skew'

3. Enter the % you which to rezise the image to under the 'Stretch Horizontal and Vertical' box (original size is 100% - if you want to reduce it by half enter 50% if you want to double the size entre 200% etc)

Its very basic, but hope it helps

I use MS Office Picture Manager...should come with Office.

Then 'edit pictures', 'resize' or 'compress pictures' options under 'change picture size'.

I always recommend Irfanview for PC users ... IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide
The price (0) and features are both great!

If computers aren't really your thing that is the simplest image resizer in existence for Windows.

When I was young I spent 75% of my money on fast cars, women and alcohol. I guess I wasted the rest.

Even if computers are your thing, it's probably one of the most useful powertoy! Not only resizes, but compresses with no visible loss.
