Photoshop Competition

I have seen on other forums that they photo competitions but there is not one here.
The idea of it is, you take a photograph and you are allowed to use photo manipulation programs ie photshop, gimp etc to change certain aspects of the photograph to try and make it better but not actually effect the photo much. So colours, borders, basic effects.

the comp would be about the photo, setting, light. just an idea.

It would be a question about who would run it.
