| Door handles, fuel cap + bonnet & boot badges done a while back .Loads of masking tape around the handles, covered half the car with newspaper (neighbours think I'm totally mad by this point ) sprayed with plasti-dip, waited for around an hour or so then with a scalpel very carefully cut through at the base of the handle to stop the plasti-dip from peeling off when taking the masking tape off . |

| hmmm i did the same thing with mine - but i opened the door and put a bin bag over it and then masked round the handle - did it fine, but through opening the door its started to peel off the inside of the handle. might put a line of silicone or glue along the edge hat its peeling from? its on the inside of the handle so you wont be able to see it anyway...but if i leave it it will peel the whole handle off ![]() |
