Lowering was done by changing the OEM springs with H&R Sport Springs giving it a 1.4" drop. Helix lower control arms, NM Engineering 22mm adjustable rar sway bar, and NM Engineering adjustable rear sway bar links were added as well.

2009 MCS Astro Black, NM Eng. CF front lip, NM Eng. CF scuttles, NM Eng. CF intake, NM Eng. 22mm adj. rear sway bar, NM Eng. adj. sway bar links, and NM Eng. Cat-back exhaust, JCW CF boot handle, JCW CF bonnet scoop, and 3D Design CF rear diffuser.

Depends how high the speed bumps are, they are 125mm around here. mine only just clears as standard, and thats very slowly, the ramp at the University is 175mm so hardly anything normal will go over without scraping.
Need air lifters.

I'd have a word with your local council if the speed ramps in your area are 5" http://www.ukroads.org/webfiles/TAL%...ol%20humps.pdf

Mine goes over them ok, just have to take it a little bit slower
