The grill looks well out of place buddy but if you like it then that's what counts I guess

As of now it does yea, I am going to fully de-chrome the car and maybe then it will look better. I just didn't like the original grill at all. The grill that is on it now is a genuine JCW grill.
Just out of curiosity what exactly makes it look out of place?

I quite like it Toddy. As your car is black.
I'm looking to do some de-chroming on my 2005 MCS. I've found a guy locally breaking a BRG colour code 895 (there are three different BRGs on Minis - luckily the guy has the exact colour I need) same as mine and I'm getting the hatch closing in BRG and the BRG 3 slat grill. He has a JCW black grill like yours as well. Thought about it and I decided to go for the more original but colour coded slatted grill.
Not sure whether to do the top and bottom chrome strips in black or BRG body colour. Or just leave chrome.

Rotate pictures. Get them onto a PC. Open in Microsoft Office (or other) Picture Manager. Use the rotate button on tool bar at top. Save. Done.
Get an IT grip son, it's not rocket science.

Hey dude thank you for that, I liked the grill colour coded with the grill finisher being chrome to make the grill stand out more. Thats my preference anyway dude. Thank you a lot for rotating my images for me and telling me how to do that, I appreciate it mate.

(Reason for not knowing how to do it was the fact that I didn't know if there was an option for it on the forum itself)

Its a ONE and will never be a JCW no matter how much you dress it up. I'd keep your original bits so if you sell the car you can put it back to how it should look as it could put a lot of folk off

I am keeping the original parts for when I sell it, I know its not a JCW. I am in no way trying to make it look like a JCW I just prefer that grill to the chrome slats.

Not sure someone buying a one would even know it is a 'JCW Grill'. Just a nice black mesh one. Chrome fog(?) light surrounds are a bit horrid.
Apologies ref rotated photos. Looks like I cocked up. Somehow they got resized down to almost unusable. Sooo I've had another go trying to keep them at your original size which is 800x450. Uploaded again to see if I've suceeded. Don't like being defeated by IT!
