You've started something now Paul!

I videoed a short section of one of my fav. local roads today using Pauls "HeadrestCam" idea.

Uploaded it (thanks for sorting it Paul) in Windows Media format.

Sorry about the quality, but I wanted to keep the file size down. Looks better on a higher res.

The music is Janes Addiction, played on the in -car mini disk player.

ive gotta say.. i hope they sound better on the CD than the distortion that i had too turn the volume off from...

good vid tho.. gonna do one on your bike now?

The song does sound better on the higher res movie.

Pointless on the bike, it would be just a blur!!

Just remembered. Me and a mate (who also has an R1) did a video from his bike following me on a run to Wales. Trouble was, it was light rain for most of the ride. Slowed me down, but not by much!

This is a short clip of it. That's me in front.

Nice but I would love to see a high res quicktime version like Paul provided... I like the road and your driving but I would much rather listen to the music of the engine and the road than the recording

Just the opinion of a old fart that does not understand the music you kids like today

(probably also said by Socrates about the lyre music that his students played

you guys, if ya want good roads come to my end around alton towers are in staffs, we have loads of old mine runs that have been upgraded for the newer lorriers, very sweet roads at night!

By the way, while I was out on that run, I noticed this chrome MC sign on a road I don't normally use.

Good GOD, those tiny roads with cars parked along one side, car comin the other way and then you pass that dude on his bike, ya'll Brits are crazy, for driving on the wrong side of the road on top of it.

Do you meen on the R1 vid?

If you could see the whole vid, I passed a sign on the road that said "Caution slippery surface" as I went into the next bend

, and seeing as it was lightly raining, I thought I'd better slow down a bit!

There was some mud on the road!
