What software is everyone using to create their wonderful videos? I'm putting the finishing touches on the Canmore Run 2005 (my first), but the software is creating a 130Mb AVI file for 7-8 min of footage & music. I've told it to use DIVx encoding, and the image is around 316x180 (widescreen).

PS I hope this is the right place to ask.

Your video size is ok, DivX should do a nice job.
I'm using Adobe Premiere and the free Windows Media Encoder from Microsoft to create wmv files, works ok too.

Nothing so complicated as video programs and codecs. Have a look on http://www.videohelp.com/. If you don't find a solution there, there is likely to be no solution

I use Pinnacle Software, and by enlarge it works out pretty well.
As with all these programmes it's practice which is the key, the Pinnacle software does let itself down however with very limited video effects

Thanks! Just less than 20 hours LATER, those same roads in Times Square would have been closed to traffic, and thousands of people would be standing there watching the new year ball drop!
Always fun and surprises when we get a bunch of MINIs to go through NYC!

Video of my MCS with MTH Header and Milltek Catback(9Mb).

Was waiting for nicer weather but that took too long. The sound is what matters anyway.

MINIs go to the mountains!

28 MINIs took part in a run last November that ended at a French restaurant in Canmore, Alberta, Canada.

My first video production, and I think it turned out pretty good.

Here's a short movie I made while I did 4 laps on the Nurburgring last wednesday. I had a great time there.

It was my first time on the Ring and I didn't practise on GT4 PS2 so I didn't know the track at all.
Still I did a 10.40 on my fourth lap going easy on the parts where corners weren't visible and very fast parts in general. Next time I'll make sure I know the track better
