New and need some local knowledge for remap around Peterborough Cooper S R56

Hi,
After coming close on many occasions over the last 10 years I am very happy to have finally got my hands on a Cooper S (R56). I'm now kicking myself a bit as it's great and makes me wish I'd had one of the original supercharged ones, which for my money still look a bit better.
Anyway after a few miles I've decided a remap is in order. I know this subject has been covered to death and the consensus seems to be Evolve Tuning or P-Torque are the best choice but I can't afford a whole day getting this done (run my own business, have three very young children and a nosey wife who will kill me if she knows I've gone awol for a day to get this done)
I'm based just outside Stamford near Peterborough and there doesn't seem to be too much in the way of Mini performance specialist nearby. I know of DanKan Mini shop in Peterborough who apparently do a remap based on an Autologic reflash, but there is none of the checks and finessing Evolve or P-Torque seem to incorporate.
I also know that Evolve do a remote service but again not sure this is a good way to go.
So in summary does anyone know of a good specialist near to Peterborough, Newark, Lincoln or have any experience of the remap at DanKan?
Sorry for the long post and for covering what seems like a well trodden path but I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.
Cheers
Peter
