Seoul Motor Show...will Mini be there???

The Seoul Motor Show starts 21 Nov. I will be attending this weekend and will keep a lookout for the Mini. If it is there I will take some pics and post them here.

From what my BMW Military sales rep tells me...the Mini will not be made available for sale to the Korean population in 2003. Something to do with import laws and such.

I am hoping that the car will be made available here so there will be other Miniacs to hang out with and cruz with, if not I will have to go solo for awhile.

Quite an exclusive car you have there in South Korea, good job Maybe I missed some posts of you but how did you get it there?

Good to have another person from Asia on board (I believe we also have one from Malesia and a few from HongKong, although I believe those are expats), keep 'm posting

I got my Mini S through BMW Military Sales (Kolon Motors BMW). They deal directly with BMW AG Military Sales.

This is my military retirment present to myself

I got a pretty good deal. 5% off MSRP. There are a few glitches however. My dealer advised me that there are questions at BMW AG concerning delivery and that is being worked out. The car is scheduled for production next month. Delivery should be in late Jan or early Feb.
