is there a spec on this head any where some one could post, just some basic info on valve sizes etc and expected gains for a UK spec jcw 210, or another tuners package 210-220ish as a start point then perhaps + Jan's magic tune on the top
have read about 200 pages on Nam of both back slapping and back stabbing but am none the wiser,
the guys in the states seem to be running a mixture of Jan's parts, coolers, manifolds, cams, superchargers, 2.0 heads and some starting from some well odd numbers on the rollers from various state of tune, types of fuel, and all sorts of other after market stuff its got to the stage that i cant see the wood from the trees....

is it all too sensitive to tell us, in plain English what to expect in terms of BHP [british horse power]
or whp if that's too much trouble

alski,
the key in all of the cars with mix and match parts has my cylinder head on the car. It works well with most parts. It does NOT work well with the stock exhaust manifold/exhaust

You will need a good exhaust manifold and catback to get the most out of the cylinder head flow
with just these parts and a tune you should get between 230whp-250whp

RMW HEAD
RMW HEADER/EXHAUST
RMW injectors
RMW TUNE
RMW CAM optional for more torque

so hopfully not too restrictive, and what i loose from this i would gain with bigger intercooler anyway ?

each car is different but the leak down is important on the health of your engine and is the most consistent indicator of how much power your car will make
