Revolution Mini Works Header (manifold) and exhaust

Hi guys.

With our (US) dollar going lower by the minute it gives you guys the opportunity to get some great parts from the US. Here are some pics of RMW's new race header and exhaust.

All tig welded and all stainless.

Longboard

This pic is of the first is of a pre-production unit. Production units are mandrel bent with v-band clamps.

Just a few more questions:

1. How loud is the system;
2. Any droning at highway speeds;
3. Are you able to interchange the collector after further engine modifications;
4. Could you post a dyno plot for the system when used with standard head and a reduced pulley - what gains in torque/power are achieved;
5. Will you be shipping your products to Australia?

Cheers

Very nice looking.

Will it pass the 95dB noise limits some tracks and track days have over here in the UK? Looks like fairly small silencers/mufflers compared to other exhausts.

these questions are difficult to answer as the cars we have tested on it are making 240whp-262whp.... these cars are louder anyway When you modify a car to make the power we are you are going to have more noise. You can't expect it to sound stock. This exhaust gives the car a "BIG" sound feeling meaning the car doesn't sound like a 4cylinder.

We will get some sound clips up soon.

#4.... haven't had time for this, we are outfitting our customers who are making the big HP at the moment, we are working hard to get everything done for the standard catback people
5. yes

Please be patient as you will soon see what has been going on behind the scenes here at RMW!

to me it sounds about as loud as a Magnaflow at low rpms but gets quieter mid to up top. It is definitely quieter at full throttle. The Magnaflow was 92db at full throttle on a car making 240-+whp, so this will be even lower.

here are some pictures of our race headers and new quiet exhaust
we have been working on a way to get big power and yet have a stock quiet exhaust
after much testing...........we have done it

I will be showing some pictures soon of the mufflers. These are hand made by us to get the desired effect.
