[Revolution Mini Works]

Here it is..... the Rotrex supercharger on a 1.6L MINI engine with the following parts

RMW custom Rotrex kit using a Rotrex 30/74 supercharger
RMW Big Valve cylinder head
RMW exhaust manifold
RMW cam
RMW custom air to air intercooler
RMW 440cc injectors

We ran out of injectors at 6500rpms but it still punched out 291whp on 91 octane pump gas!!!
This is 335bhp on pump gas......... RMW leading the way even while in exile
We will be going back to the dyno soon with 550cc injectors and run it to 8,000rpms!

This is the highest horsepower 1.6L supercharged MINI in the world!

today was just a trial run to see where the car was at. We didn't spend much time tuning it. Once we saw it was out of injectors we backed it down

when we get the 550cc injectors in we will video some runs

Thanks for the info... I've been speaking to Paul about the Cam and bigger injectors etc... I blame him for my modding habits... The problem is when you get to a certain level of power you just want more... Unfortunately my wife is getting wise to all of this...

How much extra noise will the cam make? I have a Borla Race and Janspeed Mani on my car at the moment and it won't be long before I get issued with an ASBO.

Lol, true!!! I'm really getting to like the fact I'm having to get the drive train sorted on my car even with the extra expense I guess it will give me a quite a bit more headroom than OEM to possibly get more power in a few years... due a similar problem to sef I have to ban myself from engine mods till at least August next year lol .

soon, I have had all of the parts sent to the CAD guy , they are into the computer so the fittings/mounts etc can be cut quickly. Other projects had gotten in front of this one and Longboard has been incredibly patient


I just need to go back to the CAD guy and ask him what 10 sets of everything will go for and then price out the kits

we will be going to the race track soon so we can see how well it performs on the road course
