Offline   | Im only asking this because I don't really understand what you are selling... Are you just selling the licsense plate thats personalized, and transfering ownership of that plate? Do plates cost that much in the UK or something?  Don't take my post the wrong way, im just really wanting to know if my plate has that kind of value now LOL! |

Offline | yes, they really are that expensive in the UK. The cheapest you will get a personal plate for is £250 plus transfers I think. There have been a few recently that have sold for over £100,000 (like K1NGS). I wanted CO05PER but that was £5000. We have to stick to the number plate format (currently letter, letter, number, number, letter, letter, letter, and the numbers refer to the year so can't be changed much) which makes plates that spell things much rarer, and therefore more expensive. You're lucky over there in the US being able to pick anything. Good luck with the sale...  |
