Change to non-runflats.....you won't regret it, improved ride and handling and much cheaper tyres even if you pick a top branded performance tyre.

Sounds like a new or reconditioned engine required......much cheaper to check your oil level dipstick regularly, the oil light only warns of low oil pressure by which time it is usually too late.
