I would suggest taking it to a MINI specialist...

I would suggest taking it to a MINI specialist with a dyno and log the boost, you'll then be able to see if its a electrical boost cut or a physical boost loss

On the R56 we notice a lot of issues where the ecu will limit the boost, proberly best to book it to your local MINI specialist who has teh right diagnostic equipment and a rolling road.
