Dashboard backlights

Have got a problem with the backlights to speedo & rev counter..........they seem to dim then brighten up on their own (more noticable with the fuel level backlight). Seems to happen when I come off the gas.

At first I thought it may be a power drain, with air/con etc being on, but just been out without air/con or radio on and had the same problem. Has anyone had the same problem, or any ideas what it may be?

Thanks!

It changes according to how much light is on the sensor on top of your dash, i assume u were accelerating in between shadows and light so it changed the brightness of them

Thanks! Crammy

Thought I may have had a problem with the battery not producing enough volts.
