Front Brake detection service indicator issue

Hello again

Just had my car serviced at 18000km (1st one).

After a couple of days the indicator that tells me when to bring my car in again on ignition began saying 1900km....

After a little bit of button pressing, I figured out that the Front Brake detection system is the culprit. The weird thing is, after driving for a while, the indicator would change to 8000km, but if I switch the car off and restarted, it would go back to 1900km...

I have brought it back to the dealer who hasn't seen this before so is waiting to see if there is a PUMA on this issue. They have checked the brakes and it all seems fine.

When I drive there is no issues with the brakes and I tend not to slow the car down so much with them anyway (it's a manual). The Rear Brake system is saying 9000km till next service.

Has anybody else experienced this? How long do the front and rear brakes normally last?
