Just went to open the bonnet on my R56 S , and pulled the handle and it pulled right back and broke the cable.
Anyone else had one replaced ? Is there quick fix to open bonnet ?
Another trip to Mini next week.. Car was only in on Friday...
I have a first gen MC and had a cable snap the same day that the gearbox started to rattle!! Was not a good day! I didn't get it fixed by Mini, but the guy who did it had to remove the wheel arch lining under each arch to get to the catches! Took a while I think! Sorry I can't help more. Hope you get it sorted.
