Funny Smell - Low Oil & Water Coolant - MINI2

Well, I never thought I would be posting these sorts of issues, but

I have had my 08 Mini One from new, and when I have driven in a lively manner, I have always had a weird burning smell which kind of smells like burning oil.

9000 Miles later and I have noticed the cars lack of torque. It has always been a quick car for 1.4 L, but after checking the engine, the water coolant is just below the minimum mark, and the oil is on minimum.

Whats going on! - Do I just top it up and forget about it. Or is a visit to the dealer in order.

you can top up the oil. you will need to get either some already mixed coolant or get the neat stuff and mix as suggested on bottle. once you have done this just keep an eye on it for about a week and see if you are losing any fluids.
