Exclamation ABS, DTC, and BRAKE lights illuminated... BRAND NEW car + SUBWOOFER + AMP

Hey all,

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I am new here and just desperately in need of some help.

I just had an amp and sub installed in my 2010 MCS and now I get a warning whenever I start my car saying my ABS systems and other stuff are malfunctioning.

I KNOW for a FACT there is nothing wrong with any of my steering sensors. Everything was fine just before the install. The issue is that my battery was disconnected during the install and now my electronics systems need to be reset. I reset the service warning lights and everything, but these damn warnings keep coming on.

Is there a force reset for these system messages?

Anyone have a hint?

The Mini uses lots of wires that are buses and it isn't unheard of for someone to think they have found an old fashioned 12V source and they connect to it. Then you get lots of strange problems . Check where the power for the amp was taken from.

Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help
but smile when you shove them down the stairs

Sounds like a trip to a dealer to get a full reset due to the battery being disconnected, they will probably charge £20-30 for the privledge.
