2011 MCS Ticking Noise on Cold Start

I know the "knocking" noise or "death rattle" has been discussed in great deatil but this is a different noise i believe. I am experiencing a "ticking" noise that gets louder with acceleration. The noise is present on a cold start and goes away after several minutes of driving. Below is a video of the noise.

Sounds like loss valves... just get them tighten...
