Various problems

Hi all, as a NEWBIE from Australia I have a few questions for the experts.

1. Just had a timing chain mod done on my 2008 R56 due to noisy at start up and idling rough. Does not seem to have made any difference! Will this affect future performance, engine life etc..?
2. Sunroof will not open when the car has been standing in the hot sun. The Dealer/s have reset twice but has not fixed.
3. Have had a rattle in the left door area but cannot get this rectified either.

I love my MINI but these things frustrate me.

Any advice would be appreciated.
