| Go to another Dealer. Dont announce you are going or the problems you have had. Just ask them if they have a Master Technician that can pop out in the car with you to listen to a few things. It may cost you a bit of time/fuel to travel to a new dealer, but could pay dividends. Ask for their opinion and go from there. Personally, I would have been writing letters to the dealer Principle and the BMW/MINI area rep a year ago  - Mini Cooper SD - Pepper white. Leather Lounge Black. Chili,Media,Vision packs, Sunroof, Harmon Kardan, Heated Windscreen.  |

| This does not sound good-- it looks like i have to give up on buying a Mini. Was seriously thinking of buying one here in Philippines. I hope BMW/Mini will improve their quality as this will not be good to the company's future. |
