Angry Stop people parking next to your MINI

I don't think I'm the only one who gets back to their lovely Mini to find someone (normally with a beat-up old car) has parked almost on top of my car ...It's a heartstopping moment walking across the car park to see if they've dented it or scratched it and it really does my head in.

But now...there's a fix!

Stick a note in your car (preferably on both sides and possibly in the rear window for more attention) with the following passage (or similar)

"My car has been identified by BMW as being affected by the current problem with the water pump, whcih may cause it to catch fire at any given time due to the wiring combusting. Park next to me at your own risk..."

And the reasoning for this weird post? I got back to my car yesterday to find a dent in the passenger side due to some imbasil who is unable to work out how to operate a door without hitting another car with it. So it's off to the Dent guy again to get this sorted

Still, at least it doesn't affect the performance - that still made me smile this morning

And to those who's cars have been affected, I hope you get it sorted and then you can enjoy your Mini without a care in the world once again!!!

That sux man but I like your idea! I always park on the far end of a parking lot, away from other cars, but for some reason some numbskull will go and park right next to me.

I always try and park next to another Mini

Good girls are just bad girls who haven't been caught yet.

yeah, me too.
That's my tactic, far corner of any car park and park over 2 lines if concerned (obviously only if there are loads of spaces otherwise people will think you're a D*ck).

But as you say, some weirdo always comes over to park next to you in a completely empty carpark! WTF!
once I actually just moved my car when a stupid bint in a people carrier parked right up close in a totally empty field.
She gave me such a look, but seriously - why?!

my other favourite is families with kids who open rear doors with their feet and let them swing into your car. GRRRR!

I've got a Disabled Blue Parking Badge so I always get lots of space around my beauty.
Would much rather walk properly though!

'04 Facelifted B.E.P Cooper S . . . I think I've found true love!
