 Oil leak from turbo and head gasket Hi guys, I've noticed an oil smell whilist driving with the heater on and upon checking the engine bay I found a small quantity of oil on the turbo, around what looks like an inlet/outlet oil port for the turbo. When I checked further I also noticed that some oil leaked from the head gasket as well. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? 2k ago I switched from 5w40 to 5W30 but I don't reckon that's what caused it right? My car is a Cooper S Clubman on a 57 plate with 29k. Cheers!  |
