don't know how many people know these are available..

hopefully stops the heat from the turbo deforming the scoop.

I'd rather push my mini than drive a ford or anything french..

Criteria for buying a diesel..1)long journeys.2)motorway miles.3)minimum 14k mls per yr..

where did you pick this up from Jon ? I definately want to get one
Does it replace the material one there or just go with it ?

Mainly R56, thanks to that awesome bit of metal at the front which gets hotter than the sun

My sister has just had the water pump done and at the same time mentioned her bonnet scoop has warped for the second time. They said that there wasnt a problem but would replace under warranty. Anyway when she got home and checked under the bonnet they ha d fitted a heat shield without telling her. So maybe this is part of the recall
