United-Kingdom Ice Warning

According to the manual, the car is supposed to warn you if the temperature falls below 3 degrees C - this is exactly the same as my E90 used to do. The temperature around here hasn't got above 3 degrees for a while, but I'm sure the E90 would still warn me even if it was below the threshold on start up - the MINI isn't doing, but is still displaying the temperature.

Can someone please confirm their MINI does this before I book it into the dealers again!

Hi,

I do not have the same mini as you but i assume they all do the same which is when you get in the car and turn on ignition you get a warning tone and the temp display will flash.
