| Techy's please help - Engine sensors? Hello again, Can anyone tell me where any engine motion sensors are on the 2008 MCS engine are? I am still trying to workout why my car only clicks once on the start / stop button and does not start, could it be that the ECU / CAS control units think the engine is already in motion so stops sending power to the starter? Any ideas? As you will see by my other threads I have managed to override this fault by using a power patch lead and button straight from battery to the starter solenoid and currently use it daily in this way. This cannot be the cas / dime or wds units at fault as the car will still run once started by this patch lead or bump starting! |
