09 Mini Cooper S wont rev, surging and codes

This is my first post here and I am in a bit of a crunch. I just replacenmy cylinder head and timing chain because it jumped time on an 09 Mini Cooper S. The engine wont Rev past about 1800 rpm and it surges. The codes I've got are. P0120, P0122, P0222, P0237, P0651, P0107, P012A1, P0113. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You need to check all your plug connectors, have you plugged them all in ? and did you time up your engine correctly ?

I'm 99% positive that its timed properly and I have checked and rechecked connections. It starts great but it wont Rev up and surges like its in limp mode. Ive also check to see if I pinched a wire somewhere.

If mechanic did the work take it right back. It probably needs some reprogramming.

That's not good enough, you need to be 100% sure you timed it correctly, did you lock the crank at 90º BTDC and the cams in their relevant position with the camshaft locking tool ?

I decided to start pulling things apart and there wad a pinched wire that didn't look pinched with everything together. I repaired the wire and now it seems to run great. After I get the rest of the car together and drive it, I'll give an update.

Driving the car, I have a loss of power and I am getting codes 10373 and 10405 on a pegisys scanner. Both of those has to do with turbo pressure but I'm trying to find out now what they are.

On top of everything else, ive got a bad turbo. The nut on the end of the shaft was loose and the shaft had some.play in it.

Ouch.

You've got some work to do to replace it and some money to spend for a new unit: $1200 approximately.
