Lambda sensor cooper s

Hi all you 'in the know'
Had the engine management light on in the 03 coop S
Turns out its the sensor 0043 that needs replacing,
First question,
Is it easy to fit DIY ?
second Q,
How much would one cost?
Appreciate any advice or help!

They are a DIY fit, its the unfit thats normally the problem, from experience removing a lambda probe can be an absolute swine and they seize in solid, a bit of heat might help though.

Don't know which one is bank one. According to realoem.com the sensors are the same so you should be able to put back the one you took off and move the new sensor to the other position.
