I've got a Mini One 2008 model and everytime I set off I hear this single loud beep, usually a few moments after the doors have locked. There are no warning lights on any display, nor are there any messages stored in the 'check control' function.
Any ideas? I assume it is nothing too serious but it is still a little disconcerting.
